The software can connect with multiple devices, including the traffic light, barrier, indicator, remote display, and camera. The camera automatically detects the vehicle’s plate number and instantly records it in the database. It supports two types of users: a normal user, who can enter information and issue tickets, and an admin user, who can view reports, modify data, and manage user access. The reporting section allows searches by product type, date and time, vehicle number, and driver’s name, with options to export data to PDF or XLSX formats, print reports, and reprint tickets when needed. Each ticket is available in six languages: Arabic, English, Turkish, Persian, Kurdish (Sorani), and Kurdish (Kurmanji)with the option to add additional languages upon request or commission.
When a driver passes the platform, the system automatically deducts the payment from the driver’s account and transfers it directly to the Ministry of Construction and Housing, eliminating the need for the driver to stop. Within just four seconds, the software records comprehensive truck information, including receipt number, plate number and province, date and time, model, class, station address, axle weight details (measured, additional, and allowable), group and total truck weights, excess weight, speed (general and per axle with charts), vehicle dimensions (length, width, height), axle spacing, and both 2D and 3D images of the truck and its wheels. The system also captures the license plate image, full truck image, and generates a QR code for instant access to all recorded data.
